Charcoal and black split the short into dark tones, and neon-lime slashes tear across the leg with halftone dots trailing behind them. It is the loudest design in the range: high energy, easy to see on a crowded mat, and well suited to younger audiences and social media content. Side splits and a Velcro plus lace-up waistband complete the fight cut.

Many gyms and start-up brands now ask about lower-impact fabric. On request we can make these shorts in recycled polyester, made from recovered plastic, instead of virgin polyester. We do not claim a certification for it; ask us for the current fabric details and we will share what the mill supplies.

Durability is part of the picture too. Sublimation fuses colour into the fibre, so shorts are not discarded when a print peels or cracks. Ordering a right-sized batch from a 30-piece minimum, rather than a large speculative run, also cuts the dead stock that often ends up as waste.

How ordering works

Tell us whether you want standard or recycled fabric when you request a quote. Then: 30-piece trial, 50% deposit, PPS photo or video approval, about 2–3 weeks of bulk, and balance on completion before shipping.

The shorts are produced in Sialkot, Pakistan at Blackthorn World's ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS-certified factory, where 200+ machines and in-house sublimation, print and embroidery keep control in one place.

Add your logo in any colour, change the lime to your accent, or reduce the halftone. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start from 500 pcs with bulk production and are not part of trial orders. Packing options on request.
