About the Lime Volt Sublimated Sports Bra
Charcoal and black blocks form the base, with neon-lime slashes breaking across the front and a field of halftone dots fading towards the straps. The contrast is strong enough for social media product shots without looking busy. Removable cups and a broad under-band give a familiar gym fit, while the brushed interlock has a soft, matte hand that photographs well.
A new label needs to test demand before committing to thousands of units. With a 30-piece minimum, you can launch Lime Volt in three or four sizes, read your sales data, and reorder only what moves. The low end of the price range opens up once you scale to 300 pieces, which keeps the margin path clear from day one.
We work from your brand guidelines. Swap the lime for your signature colour, move the halftone, or keep our artwork as a ready-made base and simply add your wordmark. Because the design is sublimated, changes cost nothing per colour. When you are ready for branded packaging, we fold that into the bulk run, so the product arrives retail-ready rather than needing relabelling.

How ordering works
Place a trial order of 30 pieces with a 50% deposit. We share pre-production sample photos or a short video for your approval, run bulk in roughly 2–3 weeks, and collect the balance before dispatch by courier, air or sea freight.
Production happens in our own Sialkot, Pakistan factory: 200+ machines, in-house sublimation, screen printing and embroidery, and ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS credentials your retail partners can check.
Make it yours
Your logo can be sublimated on the centre front, the under-band or the back. Polybags with size stickers and custom hangtags are possible on bulk runs. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs minimum, are produced with bulk orders and are not included in trial orders, which ship with standard labels.

What is the MOQ for a private label sports bra?
30 pieces per design for a trial order. Your own woven neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs and are added on bulk orders.
Can I change the neon lime to my brand colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone reference and we adjust the sublimation file before the pre-production sample.
Do you offer matching leggings or shorts for a capsule collection?
Matching pieces can be quoted on request. The Lime Volt graphic also runs on rash guards, fight shorts, spats and padel wear.
Do you ship to start-up brands in Australia?
Yes. Small trial orders usually go by DHL, UPS or FedEx; larger reorders can move by air or sea freight.
