About the Lime Volt Academy Duffel Bag
Charcoal and black panels form a dark base, and neon-lime slashes break across them with clusters of halftone dots at the edges. The lime is loud and energetic, a strong fit for MMA gyms, kickboxing teams and youth fight programmes. The mesh end pocket vents shoes and the padded strap spreads weight. Lime Volt also runs across a matching gi, rash guard and fight shorts.
More clubs and brands now ask about material choices before they place an order. On request, we can make Lime Volt in recycled polyester instead of standard 600D polyester, subject to fabric availability. We do not claim certification for it; we will share what the mill provides.
A durable bag is also a lower-waste bag. Sublimation fuses colour into the fibre rather than adding layers of ink, and a well-built duffel replaces several cheap bags over its life. Ask about reducing packaging, too: bags can ship in shared cartons with fewer single-use polybags.

How ordering works
Choose standard or recycled fabric, then pay a 50% deposit. We share PPS photos for approval. Production takes about 2–3 weeks, and the second half is paid when the bags are ready to ship.
Our Sialkot, Pakistan factory holds ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS credentials and runs over 200 machines, with sublimation, printing and embroidery handled in-house.
Make it yours
Your logo can be sublimated in lime or a reversed colour, or embroidered on the end. Names, numbers and slogans are possible. Alternative accent colours are available. Private labels, care labels and swing tags require a 500 pcs order and are produced with bulk batches, not with trial orders.
