About the Lime Volt Grappling Spats

Charcoal and black legs are slashed with neon-lime strikes and trailing halftone dots, running from the outer hip to the calf. The lime pops against the dark base and makes the spats easy to spot on a crowded mat. The waistband takes a logo in lime or white. Inside, the gusset and flatlock seams keep the fit smooth.

Recycled fabric is now a common request from brands selling to buyers who care about materials. For Lime Volt we can quote a recycled polyester and spandex knit at the same 220 GSM weight as the standard fabric. Sublimation keeps the print inside the fibres, without an extra plastic print layer.

We do not claim any certification for the recycled knit, so describe it honestly in your marketing. We will share what the fabric supplier provides. Price can differ from standard fabric, so ask for a side-by-side quote. The matching Lime Volt rash guard is available in the same fabric choice.

How ordering works

Pick your fabric, send artwork and sizes, and pay a 50% deposit. We share PPS photos or video, then complete bulk in around 2–3 weeks after approval. Pay the remaining 50% when the order is ready.

Produced under ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS at our Sialkot, Pakistan plant, which has 200+ machines and its own sublimation, printing and embroidery units.

Logos, waistband text and colour changes are sublimated. Choose recycled or standard knit at quoting. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs and come with bulk orders only; trial orders use standard labels.
