About the Glacier Shard Long-Sleeve Rash Guard
A clean white base carries jagged royal-blue and sky-blue shards that break across the chest and run down both sleeves, like cracked ice catching light. The white field leaves generous space for an academy crest on the chest and a name across the upper back. Long sleeves give full arm coverage on the mats. The cut is close and compressive, with flatlock seams lying flat against the skin and a silicone gripper holding the hem in place.
Academies use a single rash guard to make the no-gi floor look like one team. Glacier Shard suits that job because the white and blue palette reads clearly on camera and sits well beside most club colours. Head coaches can issue it at grading days, sell it at the front desk or include it in a membership starter pack.
Fabric weight matters for a uniform worn every week. We never cut this top below 200 GSM, because lighter knits turn see-through when stretched, and white shows that fastest. How ordering works
Start with a trial order of 30 pieces. We take a 50% deposit, then send pre-production sample photos or video for your sign-off. Bulk production takes roughly 2–3 weeks after approval. The balance is due when goods are ready, and we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or freight.
Blackthorn World holds ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS credentials and runs 200+ stitching machines with in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery at its factory in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Add your academy logo, belt-rank sleeve stripes, member names or a sponsor panel, all sublimated into the fabric. Colours can be shifted to your club palette. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced with bulk orders only; trial orders ship with standard labels. Polybag packing is standard.

Can I add belt-rank colours to the sleeves?
Yes. Rank stripes, names and logos are sublimated, so you can set one design per belt level if you meet the MOQ for each.
Will the white rash guard go see-through?
No. We keep the fabric at 200–220 GSM and never go lighter, which prevents show-through when the knit stretches.
