Made in any colours — your design
Every tournament needs a shirt that players actually want to keep wearing. This design fades from a bold royal blue chest through a scatter of pixel squares into a clean white lower body, leaving plenty of space for event branding, dates and a sponsor wall on the back. It suits club opens, charity events and national qualifiers alike.
We produce it on a 120–140 GSM polyester mesh-knit that is light, breathable and fast drying, ideal for outdoor events in summer heat. Raglan sleeves and a soft rib crew neck give a comfortable athletic fit, and the bright white base shows sublimated colours at their sharpest. Recycled polyester is available for events with sustainability goals.
Sublimation lets us print the tournament name, year, venue, sponsor logos and even a draw bracket anywhere on the shirt in a single process. Different colourways can separate players, volunteers and officials, and we can print individual names for finalists. Each shirt can be folded and polybagged by size for fast registration-desk handout.
Blackthorn World plans event orders backwards from your date. Our Sialkot factory runs in-house sublimation with capacity for about 7,000 prints a week, within more than 150,000 garments monthly, so large fields are no problem. ISO 9001:2015 quality control, a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample credited against bulk keep everything predictable.

Allow about six to eight weeks: 7–14 days for the sample, 3–5 weeks for bulk after approval, then courier transit. Share your date early and we will build a schedule that lands shirts before registration opens.
Tournament tees start at 30 pieces per style. You can mix sizes freely, and separate colourways for players, staff and volunteers can each be ordered from 30 pieces, which keeps roles easy to identify on site.
Yes. Sponsor artwork can be updated after the sample as long as the layout stays similar. We send a final print proof for sign-off before bulk printing so late sponsor additions are covered.
Yes, we ship to India, Canada, the USA and over 150 countries by DHL, UPS or FedEx. For very large events, sea freight can reduce the cost per shirt if timing allows.
