Made in any colours — your design
Pickleball's fastest-selling apparel blends court performance with off-court style, and soft pastels are leading the way. This polo layers a scatter of lavender and violet triangles over a pale lilac base, with darker diagonal bands sweeping from shoulder to hem. It looks just as natural at brunch as it does at the kitchen line.
We make it from a 140–160 GSM polyester and spandex jersey pique with a silky, cool-touch hand and four-way stretch for reaching dinks. A self-fabric collar with a sublimated undercollar, a three-button placket, set-in sleeves and a clean straight hem give it a refined finish. Brands with sustainability messaging can specify recycled polyester spandex.
The print is sublimated, which means your designers can supply any pattern and colourway, from muted neutrals to bold seasonal drops. We add your woven neck labels, printed care labels, swing tags, barcoded polybags and branded cartons so the polo is ready for retail floors and fulfilment centres without extra handling.

Yes. We sew in your woven neck labels and care labels, attach your swing tags and pack each polo in barcoded polybags. Nothing on the product or packaging carries the Blackthorn name.

Yes, we ship to Japan by DHL, UPS and FedEx with full export documentation. Pickleball is growing quickly there, and we can pack by SKU and size for direct delivery to your warehouse.
Absolutely. Send your artwork, mood board or Pantone references and we will build the print onto our polo block or your own pattern, then show it on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
