Made in any colours — your design
Not every varsity programme wants leather. This burgundy and cream raglan version swaps hides for heavyweight fleece, which keeps the jacket lighter, easier to wash and simpler to price for streetwear drops, merch tables and vegan-friendly ranges. It also costs less to ship than a leather jacket, which helps margins on export orders.
Body and sleeves are cut from 420 to 480 gsm brushed cotton-polyester fleece with a smooth face that takes embroidery well. Raglan sleeves in cream give a sportier line than a set-in shoulder. Striped burgundy and cream rib trims, cream welt pocket edges and tonal matte snaps keep everything coordinated, and a lightweight polyester lining helps the jacket slide over a hoodie.
Raised puff embroidery is the signature here, standing proud of the fleece for a tactile 3D logo. We also offer flat embroidery, chenille, screen print and silicone heat transfer if you prefer a different texture. Inside, add a woven neck label, printed size tab or a sewn-in brand story panel, then finish with hangtags and polybags to your retail spec.
Blackthorn has been a manufacturer, not a middleman, since 1995. Fleece, rib and snaps are sourced, cut and stitched in our own Sialkot facility, and embroidery runs on in-house heads, so your logo placement and puff height stay identical between runs. Each programme begins with a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample credited to bulk.

Heavyweight brushed fleece around 450 gsm gives the structure of a varsity jacket with easy care. For a dressier finish, wool-blend melton with melton sleeves is another option. We can sample both so you can compare hand feel.
Yes. We run 3D puff embroidery on our own machines and adjust foam height and stitch density for fleece so edges stay sharp. You approve the exact look on the development sample before bulk begins.
Yes, we ship to Japan and more than 150 other countries. Express couriers suit sample and smaller cartons, and sea freight is available for larger volumes. Quotes are given FOB Sialkot so you can add your preferred forwarder.
