The body is cut from 24 oz wool-blend melton (approx. 70/30 wool/polyester) with a dense, felted face that holds chenille stitching cleanly. Sleeves are full-grain cowhide in ivory, with soft PU leather available for a lighter price point. Striped ivory and green rib knit finishes the collar, cuffs and hem, while leather-piped welt pockets, antique brass snaps and a quilted satin lining complete the build.
Every element is yours to change. We stitch chenille crests, tackle twill numbers, felt appliqué and flat embroidery in house, and can add a back arc, sleeve lettering or an interior name panel. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hangtags and branded garment bags are produced to your spec, and a free 3D mock-up arrives before you commit to a paid sample.

Yes. We digitise your artwork and produce chenille, felt and tackle twill patches in house, sized for chest, sleeve or back placement. You approve the patch on the development sample before bulk, so stitch density and colours are confirmed early.
Genuine cowhide gives the classic weight, smell and ageing that premium buyers expect. PU leather costs less, is lighter and suits vegan or price-led ranges. We quote both, so you can compare landed costs before choosing.
