Made in any colours — your design
Rich burgundy and a tonal chest logo give this riding base layer an understated, premium feel that sells well beyond the yard. Equestrian brands use it for schooling, hacking and layering under show jackets on cold mornings.
We make it from a 190 GSM polyester and elastane jersey with a soft brushed face, quick drying and lightly compressive. Perforated mesh panels run from the underarm to the hip for ventilation, raglan sleeves allow a full rein reach and a quarter zip with stand collar adjusts airflow. A recycled polyester version suits brands with eco targets.
Customise the colour, mesh placement, zip puller and thumb holes. The tonal embroidered logo shown can be replaced with silicone heat transfer, reflective print or a contrasting stitch. Finishing covers printed neck labels, hangtags, polybags and gift-ready boxes.
Blackthorn World cuts and sews every base layer in its own Sialkot factory, with inline and final inspection under ISO 9001:2015. Audit reports for SMETA/Sedex are available for compliance teams. Paid samples are ready in 7–14 days and credited to your first order, and bulk ships 3–5 weeks after approval.
Many equestrian brands use the base layer as a gateway product, offering it in four or five seasonal colours at an accessible price. The tonal embroidery keeps the look refined, while the same pattern can be adapted into a short sleeve summer version.

On its own it suits mild weather. For winter we can switch to a brushed thermal jersey around 240 GSM, or customers layer it under our gilets and softshell jackets.
Yes. We ship across Scandinavia, Ireland and the rest of Europe by DHL, UPS and FedEx. Transit by air usually takes about a week. Sea freight is available for larger orders.
