Made in any colours — your design
Warm camel fleece with espresso brown shoulder and elbow overlays gives this quarter zip a heritage field look that sits comfortably in both tack shops and country boutiques. It is a dependable autumn and winter seller for equestrian and outdoor brands.
We knit the body from a 280 GSM anti-pill polar fleece in 100% polyester, soft on the inside and quick to shed hay and dust. Woven stretch overlays on the shoulders and elbows resist abrasion from saddles, rugs and haynets. A stand collar with contrast binding, a chunky quarter zip and princess seams create a fitted, feminine shape. Recycled polyester fleece is available.
Choose your fleece colour, overlay fabric and zip finish, then add an embroidered chest logo, as shown in dark brown. We can also add zipped hand pockets, thumb holes or a softshell back panel. Branded neck labels, hangtags and polybags are included, with retail boxes on request.
Blackthorn World controls cutting, overlay application and stitching in its own factory under ISO 9001:2015, with ISO 14001 environmental management in place. A paid development sample is ready in 7–14 days and credited against bulk, and production completes 3–5 weeks after approval.
Fleeces are a reliable volume line for equestrian stores because riders buy them in multiples for yard and travel. We can offer the design in three or four seasonal colourways, add a matching gilet and keep overlays consistent so the collection looks unified on the shelf.

The minimum is 50 pieces per style. Sizes and colourways can be mixed, so camel and navy versions can share one order if the construction is identical. Overlay colours can differ per colourway.
We use an anti-pill polar fleece that is brushed and sheared on both sides to reduce pilling. Washing at 30 degrees inside out keeps the surface smooth for longer. Our care labels include these washing instructions.
Yes. We have a men's block with a straighter body and longer sleeves. It counts as a separate style with its own 50-piece minimum. Youth sizes are also possible on request.
Yes. We ship to Norway, Germany and the rest of Europe by DHL, UPS and FedEx. Sea freight through DB Schenker or Nexus is available for larger orders. Transit by air is about a week.
