Brands that sell both hunting and general outdoor clothing often want a suit that does not shout camouflage. Charcoal & Slate answers that brief: a neutral grey set that works on a driven day in Scotland, in a Bavarian high seat or on a winter dog walk, which widens the customer base for a private-label range.
Slate grey panels cut across the charcoal jacket at sharp angles, running from the shoulders down the chest and through the sleeves. The jacket has an adjustable hood, a vertical chest zip, a zipped sleeve pocket, hand pockets and hook-and-loop cuffs. The trousers repeat the theme with a slate thigh panel holding a zipped pocket and charcoal knee reinforcement.
Construction follows our standard hunting shell: brushed polyester tricot outside for low noise, a TPU membrane with indicative 10,000 mm / 8,000 g ratings, and taped seams. The shell weighs approx. 280–320 GSM. For a winter version we line it with fleece; a mesh lining keeps the set lighter for the shoulder seasons.
OEM buyers can rework almost every element: panel colours, hood shape, pocket count and zip puller style. Logos are embroidered or applied as rubber patches. If you plan a bulk order of 500 pcs or more, we also make your private neck labels, care labels and swing tags so the set arrives retail-ready.
We handle cutting, stitching, seam taping and embroidery in our own factory and check each stage under ISO 9001:2015. After a free 3D mock-up, the paid sample is ready in 15–20 working days and credited against bulk. Bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval. Indicative FOB prices per set are $75–$85 (50–99), $64–$75 (100–499) and $55–$64 (500+).

Blackthorn World is a factory-direct manufacturer that produces hunting suits such as Charcoal & Slate under your brand. We cut, sew, seam-tape and embroider in our own factory, start every project with a free 3D mock-up and accept orders from 50 sets.
The standard build is a waterproof shell with a mesh lining. For winter use we add a fleece lining, which gives warmth without bulky padding. If you need a fully padded version, send the target temperature range and we will quote a suitable fill.
Yes. Both greys can be replaced with your own colours, and the angular panels can be reshaped or removed. We show every change on a free 3D mock-up, then confirm it on a paid sample before 50 or more sets go into bulk.
We ask for a 50% deposit to start production and the remaining 50% when the order is ready to ship. Prices are tentative FOB USD at $55–$85 per set depending on quantity, with freight quoted separately for air or sea.
