Sporting estates, ghillie services and guiding companies often need staff clothing that is weatherproof but reads as a uniform rather than camouflage. A navy suit with the company crest on the chest does that job well on Irish salmon rivers, Danish coastal estates or New Zealand fishing lodges, and it suits shooting-ground staff too.
The jacket is navy through the body with graphite grey shoulders and sleeve panels. It has an adjustable hood, two vertical chest zip pockets, zipped hand pockets and hook-and-loop cuff tabs. The trousers are navy with graphite panels from knee to hem, a straight leg and zipped side pockets, giving a clean, minimal shape.
We build the shell from a brushed polyester tricot with a TPU membrane (approx. 10,000 mm waterproof, 8,000 g breathability, indicative) and fully taped seams. The shell is approx. 280–320 GSM. Mesh lining suits active guiding days; fleece lining suits staff who stand still in cold weather.
For staff uniforms we embroider the company crest on the chest and can add name embroidery or a role title on the back. Rubber patches are an option for a more technical look. Navy and graphite can be matched to your corporate colours if they differ slightly.
Our own factory cuts, stitches, tapes and embroiders the order under ISO 9001:2015 control. You see a free 3D mock-up first; the paid sample follows in 15–20 working days and is credited to your first bulk order, which is ready 2–3 weeks after approval. Tentative FOB per set: $75–$85 at 50–99, $64–$75 at 100–499, $55–$64 at 500+.

Yes. The Navy & Graphite suit is often ordered as staff clothing. We embroider your crest on the chest and can add individual names or role titles. The minimum is 50 sets per design, and sizes from S to 4XL can be mixed within it.
The TPU membrane is rated at approx. 10,000 mm waterproof and 8,000 g breathability; these are indicative figures. Main seams are taped. That level handles normal rain and wet vegetation. A higher rating can be quoted if your staff work in prolonged heavy rain.
The set is priced as a pair, but separate pieces can be quoted at roughly $35–$55 for the jacket and $20–$30 for the trousers, depending on quantity and lining. The 50-piece MOQ applies per style, with sizes mixed.
Send photos or video of any defect within 14 days of delivery. We inspect, then remake the affected pieces or issue a credit note. Every order passes ISO 9001:2015 quality checks in our own factory before it is packed.
