UBAC stands for under-body-armour combat shirt, and this navy version is aimed at uniformed teams who wear dark blue: police support units, private security, prison and transport staff. The navy torso disappears under a vest, while graphite ripstop sleeves and collar give a tidy two-tone look once the vest comes off.
Fabric is matched to that job. The torso is an approximately 180 GSM wicking polyester/elastane knit that breathes under armour, and the sleeves are approximately 190–200 GSM 65/35 poly-cotton ripstop. The collar zip is 1/4 length, and the cuffs use hook-and-loop tabs to seal over gloves.
Sleeve pockets on both arms close with vertical zips, and the loop panels above them accept rank, unit or flag patches. For uniform programmes we can add embroidered text such as 'SECURITY' across the sleeve or upper back, using reflective thread if you need visibility at night.
Indicative FOB pricing is tiered: 50–99 pieces at $18.00–$20.00, 100–499 at $15.50–$18.00, and 500+ at $13.00–$15.50. Larger tenders can be quoted in more detail with trims, labels and packing requirements specified, and we can supply a formal quotation document for procurement.
A uniform distributor in Ireland, for example, might take a 300-piece order split across men's and women's fits, with embroidered company text and individual packing per shirt, then call off repeat orders against the same approved sample through the year. Each shirt can be folded, bagged and labelled with the wearer's size and name, which saves time when the order is distributed to staff across several sites. Packing lists can follow your own SKU codes.
Production runs in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality control. We supply a free 3D mock-up, a paid sample in 15–20 working days credited against bulk, and bulk 2–3 weeks after approval, shipped to Ireland, the UK, Canada and Saudi Arabia. A UBAC is an under-body-armour combat shirt. The torso is a thin, breathable knit designed to sit under a vest or plate carrier, and the sleeves are a tougher woven fabric with pockets. It keeps the wearer cooler than a standard uniform shirt under armour.
We can embroider text such as 'SECURITY' or a company name on the sleeves or upper back, including reflective thread.
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colourway, and men's and women's sizes XS to 4XL can be mixed. For larger uniform programmes we can hold the approved sample as a reference for repeat call-off orders.
Yes. We ship to Ireland, the UK, Canada and other markets by DHL, UPS, FedEx or sea freight. Terms are 50% deposit and 50% when ready to ship, and defects reported within 14 days are inspected and remade or credited.
