Colours Olive green and black as shown — or any colours to your specification
Olive green is the base, black does the hard work. On this trouser the black panels sit exactly where wear happens: a full knee shield running from mid-thigh to shin, a slim insert along the outer seam and trim on the cargo pocket flaps. The result looks restrained enough for security and range staff yet holds up on rough ground.
The shell is a 65% polyester / 35% cotton ripstop at approximately 220 GSM with a DWR finish that sheds light rain and mud splash. A 4-way stretch gusset in the crotch lets the wearer kneel, climb and step over obstacles without the seat pulling, while 500D nylon covers the knees and seat for abrasion resistance.
Every detail is open to change. Add an embroidered or rubber patch logo on the thigh or rear pocket, a woven brand label at the waistband, reflective tabs for night patrol, or swap the olive for your corporate shade. Private neck-style woven and care labels plus swing tags are available on bulk runs from 500 pieces.
A private security company in the UK or Ireland can issue this as a single uniform trouser for static guards and mobile patrol: the dark knee panels hide kneeling marks and the cargo pockets carry a notebook, torch and phone without a separate belt pouch.
Production runs in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with in-house cutting and stitching. Paid samples take 15–20 working days and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order; bulk follows 2–3 weeks after sample approval. The MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colourway. You can mix waist sizes from 28 to 44 inches, regular and long legs, and men's and women's fits inside those 50 pieces, so a small security team can order exactly the split it needs.
Yes. The olive and black palette is low-key, the knee panels resist wear from kneeling, and the cargo pockets carry patrol essentials. We can add your company logo, reflective tabs and a woven label so the trouser matches the rest of your uniform programme.
A paid sample takes 15–20 working days from artwork approval, and its cost is credited against your first bulk order. Once you approve the sample, bulk production takes 2–3 weeks; very large or technical orders are confirmed at quotation.
We work on 50% deposit to start production and the balance of 50% when the order is ready to ship. If you find a defect within 14 days of delivery, send photos or video and after inspection we remake the pieces or issue a credit note.
