This is a camouflage trouser you can sell under your own name without licensing anyone's pattern. The print is an original Blackthorn woodland design: rounded olive, mid-brown and black shapes on a lighter green ground, scaled so it breaks up the leg outline at range. Because the design belongs to us, there are no royalty fees to add to your landed cost and no restrictions on where you sell it.
We print the camouflage onto the same 65% polyester / 35% cotton ripstop used across the collection, about 220 GSM with a DWR finish. Because the 500D knee and seat reinforcement is matched to the print, the pattern runs uninterrupted down the leg instead of being broken by solid patches.
The six-pocket layout covers what hunters and players carry: two front slash pockets, two rear pockets and two bellows cargo pockets with button flaps on the thighs. A 4-way stretch crotch gusset and articulated knees allow kneeling and crouching without strain. Belt loops are wide enough for a 50 mm rigger belt, and the hem is cut straight to sit cleanly over boots.
For airsoft and paintball retailers in the UK and Germany, this trouser pairs with our woodland softshell and gloves for a complete matched kit. Add your logo as a small rubber patch, print your brand on the inside waistband, or request a different scale or colour balance of the camouflage.
Our own factory handles printing, cutting and stitching in-house under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and its cost is credited on bulk; bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval. No licence is needed. The woodland print is an original Blackthorn camouflage, so you can sell it under your own brand. We can also adjust the scale or colour balance, or develop a camouflage that is exclusive to your label.
The minimum is 50 pieces per design, with sizes and men's or women's fits mixed freely. Woven neck-style labels, care labels and swing tags with your branding have a 500-piece minimum and are made with bulk orders.
The print is applied to the ripstop before cutting and is colourfast for normal washing. Wash at 30°C inside out, avoid bleach and softener, and line dry to keep both the colours and the DWR finish in good condition.
Yes. We ship worldwide by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, and by sea freight for distributor orders. Hunting and airsoft retailers in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Europe already receive our outdoor products.
