Two earthy tones, laid out with purpose. The sand panel runs from the front thigh down over the knee, the cargo pockets are sand on green, and a small D-ring at the waistband takes keys or a glove clip. On the hill, the mix of light and dark helps the trouser blend into heather and dry grass.
Fabric is our standard 65% polyester / 35% cotton ripstop at about 220 GSM, finished with DWR. The sand knee and seat areas are 500D nylon, and a 4-way stretch gusset sits in the crotch for high steps over stiles and rocks. The cotton content keeps the handle soft and quiet, which guides and hunters appreciate when moving close to wildlife.
Picture a Scottish or Norwegian guiding company dressing its staff in a branded field trouser that matches their fleece and softshell. We embroider the company mark on the rear pocket, add a woven label, and size runs can mix men's and women's fits inside the first 50 pieces. Staff then look consistent from the car park to the summit, and the trousers can be reissued each season with the same specification.
Custom options go further: change the sand to tan or khaki, swap the D-ring for a hook-and-loop tab, add a knife pocket on the right thigh or a zipped map pocket on the left. Every change is drawn on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
In our own factory, ISO 9001:2015 inspection covers fabric, cutting, stitching and final packing. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against your first bulk order, and bulk ships 2–3 weeks after sign-off. Yes. We embroider or apply a rubber patch logo on the rear pocket, thigh or waistband and add a woven label. The minimum order is 50 pieces per design, and sizes and fits can be mixed within it.
They are water-repellent rather than waterproof. The DWR finish beads off light rain and dew, and the ripstop dries quickly. For prolonged rain, pair them with a waterproof over-trouser, or ask us about a membrane-lined version.
You can change both colours, add or move pockets, replace the D-ring, add reflective details and adjust leg length. Every change is shown on a free 3D mock-up, then confirmed on a paid sample before bulk production.
Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and then remake the affected pieces or issue a credit note against your next order.
