The pocket design is what sets this vest apart. Each sand front pocket has a zip across the top as well as a cartridge-loop panel beneath, so loose shells, a whistle or a dog lead can be closed in while loaded shells stay ready. That suits hunters working dogs through quail and pheasant country in the USA or Australia.
Sand-coloured yokes span both shoulders and frame an open mesh panel across the upper chest, which releases heat while walking. The rest of the body is ranger green with a full front zip, a small chest pocket and an elasticated side pocket. Side adjusters tune the fit over a shirt or a light fleece.
We cut the body from 600D polyester oxford or cotton canvas at approx. 300 GSM. Open polyester mesh provides ventilation, the shoulders are padded, and heavy-duty zips are fitted to the front and pocket tops. Polyester oxford is lighter and faster drying, while canvas has the traditional upland handle that many gun shops prefer for premium lines. Both take embroidery well and wear evenly over seasons of walking through cover.
Gun shops and guide services can add an embroidered logo on the chest or a rubber patch on the back yoke. Sand and green can be changed, and the zip-top pockets can be swapped for flaps if you prefer. A woven label is standard on every order.
Everything is made in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 control. A free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against bulk, and bulk delivery 2–3 weeks after approval. Tentative FOB: $23–$26 per piece at 50–99, $19.50–$23 at 100–499, $16–$19.50 at 500+.

Yes. The zipped pockets keep whistles, leads and treats secure, the elasticated side pocket takes a lead or empties, and the mesh chest helps when you are walking long distances behind dogs. Pocket layouts can be adjusted for your customers.
Brush off dried mud, then hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. Avoid bleach and high-heat drying. Polyester oxford dries faster; cotton canvas may soften and fade slightly over time, which many upland hunters like.
Sample cost depends on fabric and logos and is quoted with your mock-up. It is produced in 15–20 working days and the cost is credited against your first bulk order. Bulk then takes 2–3 weeks after approval.
