One detail sets this jacket apart: a row of laser-cut perforations along the side panel, letting heat escape on steep climbs without opening the main zip. The rest of the layout is functional too, with a ranger green body, sand panels running from the underarm to the hem and over the outer sleeves, and a stand collar.
Picture a hunting or trekking guide in Scotland or Norway: the jacket stays on from morning to dusk, the vent area stops overheating on the walk in, and the stand collar sits comfortably under a binocular harness. Branded with the company logo, it doubles as staff uniform.
On the front are twin vertical chest zip pockets and two hand pockets; the left sleeve has a zipped pocket and a hook-and-loop patch panel, mirrored on the right arm. Sand cuff tabs adjust the sleeve opening. There is no hood, but one can be added on request. The zips have pull tabs large enough to use with gloves on.
The bonded 3-layer fabric (94% polyester / 6% spandex, TPU membrane, microfleece back) weighs about 300–320 GSM, with indicative 8,000 mm water resistance and 3,000 g breathability. A DWR finish beads off showers, and the stretch face moves with the wearer. In colder weather it layers easily over a fleece without restricting arm movement.
Custom changes are drawn on a free 3D mock-up: switch sand to khaki, add a hood, move the vents, or add reflective trims. Our own factory works to ISO 9001:2015, with paid samples in 15–20 working days (credited against bulk) and bulk 2–3 weeks after approval. Yes. We embroider your logo on the chest or back, add rubber patches for the arm panels, and can sew a woven label inside the collar. The minimum order is 50 pieces per design with mixed sizes and fits.
They are laser-cut ventilation holes in the side panel. They release heat and moisture during hard climbs or fast walking, so the wearer can keep the jacket zipped up. The vent position can be changed during custom development.
Yes. We can add a fixed adjustable hood, a detachable hood or a roll-away hood stored in the collar. The change is shown on the free 3D mock-up and then checked on the paid sample.
