Olive covers the chest and body; black takes over at the hood, shoulder yoke and full sleeves, where packs and slings rub. The jacket has an adjustable hood with drawcord toggles, a full-length front zip, two vertical chest zip pockets, two hand pockets, a zipped sleeve pocket and hook-and-loop patch panels on both upper arms. Cuffs close with hook-and-loop tabs.
Inside is a 3-layer bonded softshell: a 94% polyester / 6% spandex face, a TPU membrane and a microfleece backing, around 300–320 GSM. Indicatively it gives about 8,000 mm water resistance and 3,000 g breathability, with a DWR finish on the face. It handles wind, showers and cold mornings without the bulk of an insulated parka.
A security contractor in Norway or Denmark can issue it as the outer layer for winter patrols: the hood fits over a beanie, the arm panels take ID and flag patches, and the olive-black combination looks professional without appearing military. Sizes from XS to 4XL in men's and women's cuts mean the same jacket can be issued to every member of a mixed team.
Branding options: embroidered chest logo, rubber patches for the arm panels, reflective print on the back or sleeves, and a woven label inside the collar. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are produced with bulk orders from 500 pieces. Colours can be changed to your palette.
Our own factory cuts, stitches and embroiders in-house, with ISO 9001:2015 quality control at each stage. Paid samples take 15–20 working days, and the sample cost is credited against the first bulk order. Bulk production follows 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Blackthorn World manufactures hooded tactical softshell jackets in its own factory for security firms, uniform suppliers and outdoor brands. The minimum order is 50 pieces per style, with your logo, patches and labels added to suit your uniform.
The bonded TPU membrane gives an indicative 8,000 mm water resistance with about 3,000 g breathability, and the face has a DWR finish. It handles showers and wet snow well; seams are not taped, so for long heavy rain a shell over it is advised.
Yes. Both upper arms carry hook-and-loop panels for ID, flag or unit patches. We can supply matching rubber or embroidered patches with your logo, made in the same order as the jackets.
The jacket comes in men's and women's fits from XS to 4XL. Sizes and fits can be mixed freely within the 50-piece MOQ, so you can order exactly the size split your team needs.
