Rather than sewn webbing rows, the lower front of this duffel uses a laser-cut panel: slots cut directly into laminated fabric that accept standard MOLLE pouches while staying flatter and lighter. Above it, a zipped front pocket carries the logo, and both short ends have sewn webbing for extra attachments.
It is coyote brown throughout, with matching webbing handles joined by a wrap, a wide top zip opening and side buckle points for a detachable shoulder strap. Approx. capacity sits in the 40–60 L range, enough for a weekend of kit, range equipment or a full uniform set. A zipped inner pocket keeps documents and keys apart from bulky items.
Fabric is PU-coated 900D/1000D polyester or nylon as standard, with 600D to 1680D available. Laser-cut panels are laminated for clean edges that do not fray, and the base can be lined with a heavier denier for rough floors and vehicle beds. Instead of sewing rows of webbing, the attachment slots are laser-cut into a laminated fabric panel. It accepts the same pouches, weighs less and looks cleaner. On this duffel the laser-cut panel covers the lower front.
Approx. capacity is 40–60 L as shown. We can scale the pattern up to roughly 70–90 L for deployment or range kit, or down for a compact gym-and-range size. Final dimensions are confirmed at quote and on the sample.
