Walking up pheasant and quail across prairie stubble means carrying shells, a phone and a few small items for hours. This vest keeps them in reach. It is aimed at US and Canadian upland retailers and lodges, and at New Zealand game-bird shoots where a traditional tan look sells well. The vest also suits early-season grouse walks in Canada, where a light layer is all most hunters want.
Coyote tan forms the body, with dark brown quilted yokes over both shoulders and brown edge binding all round. Two front pockets carry brown flaps above rows of exposed cartridge loops, so shells can be pulled without opening anything. Two vertical zipped chest pockets, a buckled side strap and an open mesh lining complete the design.
Choose cotton canvas for the classic upland feel or 600D polyester oxford for lighter weight and easier cleaning; both are approx. 300 GSM. The shoulders are padded, open polyester mesh panels help ventilation, and heavy-duty zips are fitted to the chest pockets and front.
Gun shops often add an embroidered logo above the left chest zip; outfitters may prefer a rubber patch on the back yoke. Pocket count, loop count and colours can all change. Brands planning 500 pcs or more can include private neck labels, care labels and swing tags with the bulk run.
The vest is cut, sewn and finished in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 inspections. Expect a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days (cost credited on bulk), then bulk 2–3 weeks after approval. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% when ready to ship.

Blackthorn World sells the Coyote & Brown upland vest wholesale direct from its own factory, from 50 pieces per design. Indicative FOB prices run from $16 to $26 per piece depending on quantity, and a free 3D mock-up is included before sampling.
On this design the loops sit on the outside face of both front pockets, below the brown flaps, so shells are reachable without opening anything. We can move them inside the pockets or change the number of loops to suit your gauge.
Cotton canvas feels traditional and softens with wear, while 600D polyester oxford is lighter, dries faster and resists stains. Both are about 300 GSM. Many retailers choose canvas for premium lines and polyester for value lines.
Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect and then remake the faulty vests or issue a credit note. Quality is checked under ISO 9001:2015 before packing to keep problems like this rare.
