Made in any colours — your design
Many clubs want a shirt that works on the stand and in the clubhouse afterwards. This polo answers with a traditional collar and three-button placket, a cream yoke and a gold halftone dot pattern that fades into deep bottle green at the hem, a palette with a classic sporting feel.
It is printed on a 100% polyester micro-pique of around 160 GSM, which has the textured look of a cotton polo but wicks and dries far faster. Raglan sleeves keep the shoulder seam out of the gun mount, the self-fabric collar has a firm interlining so it does not curl, and side panels can be swapped for vented mesh. Recycled polyester pique is available on request.
Because the pattern is sublimated, the halftone can be recoloured to any club palette, scaled up or down, or replaced with your own artwork. Embroidered crests can be added over the print for a premium touch, and names, sponsor logos and event dates print free within the design. Optional shoulder patches, contrast buttons and branded neck tape complete the look.
Blackthorn World combines in-house sublimation, embroidery and stitching at its Sialkot factory, founded in 1995 by a family in textiles since 1965. Production follows an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, and samples are approved before bulk so the colours you sign off are the colours you receive.

Yes. We cut the collar from the same printed micro-pique and add interlining so it holds its shape. It looks like a traditional polo collar but keeps the quick-drying performance of the body fabric.
The minimum is 30 pieces per style. Sizes, names and even two colourways can be mixed within that quantity, which suits clubs ordering for members and officials together. Every detail is confirmed on the paid sample first.
