Made in any colours — your design
Some designs never leave the fairway, and a fine-striped polo in club green is one of them. The Forest Pinstripe has thin cream stripes knitted into a deep forest body, cream tipping on the collar and sleeve bands, and a clean three-button placket that feels at home in the clubhouse and on the first tee.
The stripes are yarn dyed, not printed, so they stay sharp wash after wash. We knit it from a 190 GSM blend of 92% polyester and 8% elastane in a fine pique, giving four-way stretch through the swing, UV-resistant yarn and quick-dry comfort on warm days. An organic cotton-rich version is available for a more traditional handle.
Club crests and brand marks look best embroidered on the left chest, with optional sleeve or back-yoke embroidery for sponsors and society names. Stripe colours, spacing and collar tipping are all customisable, and woven neck labels, hangtags and retail polybags complete a pro-shop-ready finish.
Blackthorn World has made polos in Sialkot since 1995, with in-house knitting coordination, cutting, embroidery and stitching. Our ISO 9001:2015 system checks stripe matching at every seam, and a paid sample, credited against bulk, comes before production so you approve the exact handle and colour.

Our minimum is 50 pieces per style because the striped fabric is knitted to order. Sizes can be mixed freely within the 50 pieces, including ladies' fit. Additional stripe colourways each count as a separate style.
Yes. Base colour, stripe colour, stripe width and spacing can all be developed to your brief. We send fabric swatches for approval before cutting the paid sample. Contrast tipping can then be matched to your chosen stripe colour.
A polyester and elastane pique around 180 to 200 GSM gives stretch, moisture control and UV resistance. Cotton-rich piques feel more classic but dry more slowly. We can show both options in your sample stage.
