Made in any colours — your design
Neutral colours have taken over golf and resort wear, and this polo shows why. The Sand Tipped pairs a warm sand pique with cream double-tipped collar and sleeve bands and a deep brown embroidered logo, creating an understated look that suits members, resort staff and premium brand ranges.
We cut it from a 210 GSM pique of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, offering the breathable feel of cotton with better shape retention and faster drying. Knitted rib collar and cuffs, a two-button placket, side vents and a dropped back hem complete a classic golf block. A 100% organic cotton pique is available on request.
Embroidery is the natural partner for this polo: a tonal or contrast logo on the chest, a resort name on the sleeve or staff titles on the back yoke. Body and tipping colours can be matched to your palette, and woven labels and hangtags prepare it for retail.
Blackthorn World has worked in textiles since 1965 and manufactured sportswear since 1995. Cutting, stitching and embroidery are in-house in Sialkot under ISO 9001:2015, and each new colour starts with a paid sample, credited against bulk, so fabric shade and tipping are approved first.
Resorts can build a full staff wardrobe around this polo, adding matching gilets for cooler mornings and long-sleeve versions for winter. We store your specifications so new staff are kitted out in identical shades every season.

The minimum is 50 pieces per colour. Sizes and ladies' fit can be mixed, so resorts can cover different staff roles in one order. Each additional colour or tipping combination counts as a separate style.
Cotton-rich pique feels softer and more traditional; polyester wicks and dries faster. A 60/40 cotton-polyester blend balances comfort with easy care and shape retention. A 100% organic cotton pique is also available for brands that prefer natural fibre.
Yes. Individual names or job titles can be embroidered on the chest or sleeve. Provide a name list with sizes and we will pack each polo labelled for the right person.
Yes. We ship to Portugal and across Europe by DHL, UPS or FedEx, and can arrange sea freight for large resort uniform programmes. Our team can split deliveries across multiple resort properties if required.
