Colours Navy and orange as shown — or any colours in your design
The barrel shape has been a gym staple for decades because it packs easily and opens wide. Ironhouse Navy keeps that shape and adds strong colour: a navy body, orange webbing handles that wrap fully under the base, orange zip tape and piping, and a navy padded shoulder strap with orange webbing. The front zip pocket has orange trim.
Corporate wellness programmes and gym chains are frequent buyers. A company running a staff fitness challenge might order 300 bags with its logo on the side and the challenge name on the end. Gyms use the same bag for annual membership packs. Bags can be packed flat or pre-filled with a towel and bottle for a ready-to-hand-out welcome pack.
The body is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating and a round, reinforced end panel at each side. Because the handles run under the base, the weight is carried by webbing rather than stitching. A long top coil zip opens the full length. Capacity is approx. 35–40 L. Two small inner pockets keep phones and keys from sinking to the bottom.
Decoration options include embroidery on the side, screen print on the ends, rubber patches or heat-transfer graphics. The navy and orange can be swapped for any brand colours; a full-colour sublimated version is possible on request. Custom woven labels and swing tags start at 500 pieces and are made with bulk orders only.
We make every barrel bag in our own factory with in-house cutting, stitching and embroidery, under ISO 9001:2015 control. The free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against bulk, and bulk is 2–3 weeks after approval. Payment terms are a 50% deposit, with the 50% balance due once goods are ready to ship.

Yes. Companies order Ironhouse Navy with their logo on the side and a programme or event name on the end. MOQ is 50 pieces per style, and we can pack each bag individually for direct distribution to staff.
The orange webbing handles run in one continuous loop under the base, so the load sits on the webbing rather than on a single stitched join. Anchor points are bar-tacked. This construction suits heavy shoes, bottles and gym kit.
Yes, a sublimated polyester version is available for all-over prints, gradients or photographic designs. We print in-house, and the artwork is placed on the free 3D mock-up first. Sublimated versions are quoted separately from the standard 600D build.
Yes, we ship to buyers in Japan by DHL, UPS or FedEx air courier, and by sea freight for larger distributor orders. Commercial invoices and packing lists are provided; import duties and consumption tax are paid by the buyer.
