Made in any colours — your design
Curved ribbons of magenta and aqua sweep around a midnight navy body on this women's rash guard. The tailored pattern follows a female block with shaped waist and shorter torso, so women's BJJ teams and martial arts brands get a fit that does not look like a resized men's shirt.
Our chosen fabric is a 210 GSM polyester and spandex interlock with 15% stretch, soft on the skin yet firm enough to hold its shape through rolling. Raglan short sleeves, a lower scoop at the neck and flatlock seams keep it comfortable, and a silicone gripper at the hem holds it down. A recycled polyester blend is available on request.
Because the ribbon artwork is sublimated, you can adjust the colours, scale and placement freely, then add a chest logo, team name or rank band. Finishing options include tagless printed labels, hangtags and individual polybags or boxes for retail displays.
Blackthorn World runs its own sublimation, cutting and sewing lines under ISO 9001:2015, and is audited for WRAP and SMETA/Sedex compliance. A paid sample is delivered in 7–14 days and its cost comes off your first bulk invoice. Production is completed 3–5 weeks after approval with repeatable colour.
