Made in any colours — your design
Contour lines in navy, cyan and silver flow over this long sleeve rash guard like a map of deep water. It is designed for jiu jitsu academies, surf and grappling brands that need full arm coverage, mat burn protection and a print that photographs well at competitions.
We knit the fabric as a 230 GSM interlock of 85% polyester and 15% spandex for strong compression and quick drying. Raglan sleeves with gusseted underarms allow full overhead reach, while four-needle flatlock seams and a taped neckline stay comfortable under a gi. Recycled polyester yarn can replace virgin fibre for brands with sustainability targets.
Every panel is printed in-house by dye sublimation, so colour runs edge to edge across seams and cuffs. Change the palette, add academy crests, belt-rank sleeve bands or sponsor logos, and finish with printed neck labels, hangtags and retail polybags. Our team returns a free 3D mock-up within days of receiving your files.
As a vertically integrated producer, we control the artwork, print, cut and sew stages ourselves, backed by ISO 9001:2015 and SMETA/Sedex audits. That keeps reorders consistent season after season. Sampling takes 7–14 days at a paid cost credited to your first order, and bulk follows 3–5 weeks after approval.
