Waterfowlers spend hours in blinds among dead reeds and cattails, so the body of this jacket is printed in our original marsh-grass camouflage: tan, olive and brown stems on a muted ground. It is quilted over synthetic insulation, with an olive panel at the chest holding a vertical zip pocket.
The sleeves and collar switch to a tan high-pile fleece. High-pile has a deep, lofty face that traps far more air than flat fleece, making it a comfortable layer under a waterproof wader jacket on cold mornings. It also stays quiet when you raise a shotgun.
Specifications are approximately 250–280 GSM fleece and approximately 80–100 GSM insulation, a full-length zip, two zipped hand pockets and bound cuffs. Abrasion overlays can be added to the shoulders for hunters who carry decoy bags, and the hem can take an elastic drawcord if you want a tighter seal against wind coming off the water.
Private-label buyers can rebrand the jacket with embroidery, a rubber patch or a sleeve loop panel. The camo artwork is ours, so there are no licence fees. Expect indicative FOB pricing of $25.00–$29.00 for 50–99 pieces, $21.50–$25.00 for 100–499 and $18.00–$21.50 for 500+; heavier trims or extra overlays are quoted separately.
Consider a decoy and calls retailer in Arkansas or Manitoba adding an own-brand layering piece: they would order 50 pieces split across sizes for a first season, approve a 3D mock-up and sample, then reorder larger quantities once sell-through is proven. Because sizes can be mixed inside the MOQ, the retailer can weight the order towards the L and XL sizes that move fastest in their store.

High-pile fleece has a long, lofty face, similar to a sherpa, that traps more warm air than standard flat fleece. On a waterfowl midlayer it adds warmth for static waiting in a blind, while staying soft and quiet when you move.
Yes. The marsh-grass camo is original Blackthorn artwork, so it can carry your brand freely. Logos can be embroidered or patched from 50 pieces, and private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are made with bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
Men's and women's fits from XS to 4XL. You can mix sizes and fits within the 50-piece MOQ. The cut allows room to layer under a wader jacket without being bulky under a waterproof shell.
