Deep forest green covers the whole jacket, from the quilted hood and body to the grid fleece sleeves. Against that dark base, the hood drawcords, hood edge and zip pulls are blaze orange, so the jacket is easy to pick out in a kit pile and has a visible touch of colour on the walk out.
Those orange details are small safety accents and a styling choice. They are not intended to meet hunter-orange regulations, so buyers in regions with blaze-orange rules should pair the jacket with a compliant vest or cap. We can produce a matching blaze-orange vest in the same order if your market needs one.
The body and hood are box-quilted over approximately 80–100 GSM synthetic insulation; sleeves are approximately 250–280 GSM grid fleece. There is a full zip, a chest zip pocket, two zipped hand pockets and an adjustable hood, which makes this the warmest piece in our midlayer range. It works as an outer layer on dry, cold days and slides under a waterproof shell when the weather turns.

Blackthorn World cuts, sews and finishes the jacket in its own factory, with ISO 9001:2015 quality control and a free 3D mock-up before sampling. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited to your first order; bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval.

No. The blaze-orange drawcords, hood edge and zip pulls are small safety accents only. Where hunter-orange rules apply, the jacket should be worn with a compliant orange vest or hat. We can make a matching vest on request.
It has four zipped pockets: a vertical chest pocket, two hand pockets in the quilted body and a fourth pocket on the inside or sleeve if you request it. Pocket positions can be adjusted at the 3D mock-up stage.
Yes. We offer embroidery, rubber patches and sleeve loop panels from the 50-piece MOQ. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are produced with bulk orders of 500 pieces or more for a full retail finish.
