About the Navy Copper Sublimated Sports Bra

Deep navy covers the whole bra, broken only by fine copper pinstripe piping that traces the neckline and under-band. The look is restrained rather than loud, so it sits comfortably beside a club crest. A wide under-band anchors the fit, removable cups let members adjust shaping, and the brushed nylon/spandex interlock feels soft on skin through long sessions on the mat or court.

Clubs and academies rarely buy a sports bra on its own. They buy it as one piece of a uniform, and the Navy Copper colourway already runs across a pearl weave BJJ gi, a long-sleeve rash guard, MMA fight shorts, grappling spats, plus padel polos and shorts. A women's squad can train in the same navy and copper as everyone else without the club juggling suppliers.

For a programme manager, that consistency pays off at renewal time. Reorder next season and the colour stays matched, because the sublimation file is kept on our side. Size breaks can be split freely inside the 30-piece minimum, so a squad of eight juniors and twenty-two seniors still counts as a single style.

How ordering works

Begin with a 30-piece trial. A 50% deposit starts the job, you approve photos or video of the pre-production sample, and bulk sewing follows in roughly 2–3 weeks. Settle the balance once goods are packed, then we dispatch by DHL, UPS or FedEx.

Every Navy Copper bra is cut and sewn at our factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, where 200+ machines and in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery run under ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS standards.

Make it yours

Place your club crest at the centre front or along the under-band, and add member names near the back strap if you like. Pantone matching is available for the copper accent. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs, are made alongside bulk orders and are left out of trial orders, which ship with standard labels.

Yes. The Navy Copper artwork is shared across our gi, rash guard, fight shorts, spats and padel range, so every piece is printed from the same colour file.

Can we mix sizes within the 30-piece MOQ?

Yes. The 30 pieces apply per design, and you can split them across women's XS–2XL in any ratio.

Are the cups removable for washing?

Yes. The cups slide out through an inner opening, so the bra can be machine washed and the cups replaced afterwards.

Do you ship club uniform orders to Ireland and the UK?

Yes. We ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx, or by air or sea freight for larger kit orders.
