Teamwear dealers who supply several clubs at once need a design that works across age groups, and Ocean Contour does that. The navy jersey carries flowing sky-blue and white contour lines like a tide chart, with white piping running down the sides. The shorts pick up blue and white side panels, and the navy socks finish in sky-blue and white hoops. The white piping also helps referees and spectators pick out the team shape from the touchline.
Our factory sublimates every panel, so a dealer can change the colours for each club while keeping the same contour layout. Crests, sponsor marks, names and numbers go in at the same stage. Bulk orders of 500 pieces or more can also take private neck labels, care labels and swing tags.
Under the print is a 100% polyester rugby knit of around 260–280 GSM with reinforced twin-needle seams. It holds its shape through scrums and keeps colour after repeated washing. The 220 GSM polyester twill shorts have a reinforced crotch, and the polyester/nylon socks give a firm fit over shin guards. Socks are knitted with a cushioned foot and a firm top band so they stay up over shin pads through eighty minutes.
Pricing is indicative FOB and drops with volume: $27.00–$32.00 per set for 50–99 sets, $24.00–$27.00 for 100–499 and $22.00–$24.00 for 500 or more. The minimum is 50 sets per design, and any mix of adult S–5XL and youth 6–16 yrs sizes counts toward it.
Before cutting, you get a free 3D mock-up of the kit. A paid sample follows in 15–20 working days, and its cost is deducted from your first bulk invoice. Bulk runs take 2–3 weeks after the sample is approved, and every run is checked under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Blackthorn World supplies full rugby kits wholesale direct from our own factory. Dealers can order 50 sets per design and reuse the Ocean Contour layout in different colours for each club they serve, with tiered FOB pricing that falls at 100 and 500 sets.
Yes. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are available with an MOQ of 500 pieces. They are produced with bulk orders only, not with trial orders, so most dealers add them once a design has been approved and reordered.
The jersey uses a 100% polyester rugby knit of roughly 260–280 GSM with reinforced twin-needle seams. Because the print is sublimated into the fibre, the contour lines will not crack or peel. Wash cold, inside out, and avoid tumble drying for the longest colour life.
