Private-label teamwear brands need a factory that can turn their artwork into kit without changing the product underneath. Electric Pulse shows what that base looks like: a charcoal-black jersey split by a neon lime vertical stripe with a grey edge, lime lightning lines running across the body and sleeves, black shorts with lime slashes, and black socks with lime tops.
The jersey is a 100% polyester rugby knit of about 260–280 GSM, with reinforced twin-needle seams and a woven-look collar. Shorts are 220 GSM polyester twill with a reinforced crotch, and socks are a polyester/nylon knit. The specification stays the same whether you order 50 sets or 5,000. Because the knit is heavy and stable, sublimated lime holds its brightness on the black base instead of looking washed out.
For OEM buyers we print your brand logo where the Blackthorn mark sits in the mock-up, and on orders of 500 pieces or more we add your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags. Club crests, sponsors, names and numbers are sublimated in, and silicone grip panels are optional.
For OEM buyers the indicative FOB tiers are $27.00–$32.00 per set at 50–99 sets, $24.00–$27.00 at 100–499 and $22.00–$24.00 at 500+. The minimum is 50 sets per design, with adult S–5XL and youth 6–16 yrs sizes mixed freely. Brands building a range can order several designs in the same run, each meeting its own 50-set minimum, to fill out a catalogue quickly.
We run sublimation, cutting, stitching and embroidery in-house, with ISO 9001:2015 quality control at each stage. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days. The sample cost is credited against bulk, which ships 2–3 weeks after approval.

Yes. Blackthorn World produces Electric Pulse as an OEM kit, replacing our logo with yours. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are available on bulk orders of 500 pieces or more. They are not produced on trial orders.
The minimum order is 50 sets per design. Sizes from youth 6–16 yrs to adult 5XL can be mixed inside that quantity. Pricing improves at 100 sets and again at 500 sets, with indicative FOB rates from $32.00 down to $22.00 per set.
The lime is dye sublimated into the polyester fibre, so it does not peel or crack. For the longest colour life, wash at 30°C or below, inside out, with similar colours, and line dry instead of tumble drying.
Yes. We ship to brands and clubs in Australia and the UK by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, and by sea freight for larger distributor orders. Orders start with a 50% deposit, and the second 50% falls due when goods are ready to ship.
