Navy diagonal blocks and white bars cut across a sky-blue and white body on this jersey, with a distressed, icy texture over the panels. The navy collar and cuffs frame the design. Navy shorts carry sky-blue slashes, and navy socks finish in sky-blue and white hoops. From a distance, the blocks read as clean bands of colour, so the team is easy to identify on the pitch and in match footage.
Leagues and regional unions often need the same kit in large numbers for representative sides and development squads. Glacier Grid is built for that kind of volume: at 500 sets or more, indicative FOB pricing falls to $22.00–$24.00 per set, compared with $24.00–$27.00 at 100–499 and $27.00–$32.00 at 50–99.
Each jersey is a 100% polyester rugby knit of roughly 260–280 GSM, stitched with reinforced twin-needle seams. Shorts are 220 GSM polyester twill with a reinforced crotch, and socks are polyester/nylon knit. The fabric dries quickly, which matters in cold, wet climates.
Names, numbers, union crests and sponsor marks are sublimated in, and silicone grip panels can be added. On orders over 500 pieces we can also produce your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags. Sizes run from youth 6–16 yrs to adult 5XL in classic or tight-fit cut. Representative squads can add a commemorative season patch or tournament name to the sleeve.
Our factory runs ISO 9001:2015 quality control on large orders, with in-house sublimation keeping colour consistent across batches. You see a free 3D mock-up first. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days, its cost credited to bulk, and bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after approval; very large runs are confirmed at quote.
Glacier Grid ships to rugby bodies and clubs in Sweden, Denmark and the UK by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, or by sea freight for distributor volumes. Yes. Glacier Grid can be produced in volume for leagues and unions, with in-house sublimation keeping colours consistent between batches. Pricing drops to $22.00–$24.00 FOB per set at 500 sets or more. Lead times for very large orders are confirmed at quote.
The minimum is 50 sets per design, with adult S–5XL and youth 6–16 yrs sizes mixed inside it. Larger leagues can order several hundred sets of the same design to reach the lower price tiers.
The 260–280 GSM polyester rugby knit dries faster than cotton and keeps its weight and shape when wet. For cold training sessions many clubs pair the kit with base layers, which we can also quote alongside the order.
Yes. We ship to clubs and federations in Sweden, Denmark and the wider Nordics by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, and by sea freight for larger distributor orders. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
