Layered waves of tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown flow across this jersey like wind-shaped dunes, outlined by thin orange lines. A brown collar sits over a white neck insert. Brown shorts continue the colour story, and the socks move from tan at the top through orange to brown at the foot. The colours are warm and natural, close to the tones of a desert at sunset, and they print with good depth on polyester.
Rugby is growing in the Gulf, with expat and school teams in Saudi Arabia looking for kits that reflect the region. Desert Wave suits that brief, and its earthy palette also works for clubs in Australia and the USA that want something different from the usual reds and blues.
The jersey is a 100% polyester rugby knit of approximately 260–280 GSM, with reinforced twin-needle seams. It wicks sweat and dries fast in hot conditions. Shorts are 220 GSM polyester twill with a reinforced crotch, and the socks are polyester/nylon knit. A lighter knit can be quoted for teams playing mostly in summer heat.
As a private-label kit, your brand mark replaces ours, and bulk orders of 500 pieces or more can carry your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags. Crests, names, numbers and sponsor logos are sublimated in. Set prices are indicative FOB: $27.00–$32.00 at 50–99 sets, $24.00–$27.00 at 100–499 and $22.00–$24.00 at 500+. Brand owners often launch it as a limited drop alongside a more traditional design.
Sampling starts with a free 3D mock-up. A paid sample follows in 15–20 working days, and the sample cost is credited to bulk. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after approval, with ISO 9001:2015 quality control on print, cutting and stitching in our own factory. Size specs are shared with the mock-up.

The 260–280 GSM polyester rugby knit wicks sweat away from the skin and dries quickly, which helps in hot conditions. If you play mostly in heat, ask us about a lighter knit option when you request your quote.
We replace the Blackthorn logo with your brand mark on the garment. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have an MOQ of 500 pieces and are made with bulk orders only, not trial orders.
The free 3D mock-up usually comes first, then a paid sample takes 15–20 working days. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, followed by air or sea transit. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
