Teams whose colours are burnt orange, brown or gold rarely find stock cheer designs that suit them. Desert Wave was drawn for exactly those squads: flowing dune waves in tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown, traced with fine contour lines, under a dark brown V-neck and armhole trim.
The shell and the pleated skirt share one continuous wave print, joined by a burnt orange waistband, so the outfit looks like a single piece from a distance. Each pleat shows a different section of the waves as the skirt moves. The waistband sits at the natural waist and helps keep the skirt secure during jumps.
Materials are a lined polyester/spandex stretch knit shell at approx. 220–240 GSM and a polyester double-knit skirt at approx. 220 GSM, with a built-in brief option. The shell stretches through stunts and jumps; the skirt keeps its pleats after washing. The lining also keeps the lighter tan areas opaque.
Dance-cheer studios and teamwear dealers often order 50 sets mixed across youth 6–16 and adult XS–3XL, with the studio name sublimated across the chest or added in rhinestones or tackle twill. Our own factory handles sublimation, cutting and stitching under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A free 3D mock-up comes first, a paid sample follows in 15–20 working days with its cost credited against bulk, and bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after approval. Payment is 50% deposit, with the balance when ready to ship.

Yes. Desert Wave is printed in tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown, and because it is fully sublimated, the shades can be adjusted to match your exact team colours. We show the result on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
Yes. The 50-set MOQ is per design, so youth 6–16 and adult XS–3XL sizes can be combined in one order. This lets studios dress junior, teen and adult groups in the same Desert Wave outfit at one price tier.
Yes. The skirt is approx. 220 GSM polyester double-knit, a firm knit that holds pressed pleats well. Wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry. A light press on a low heat setting restores the pleats if they soften after many washes.
Yes. We ship to Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK and other markets by DHL, UPS or FedEx, with sea freight for dealer volumes. Defects reported within 14 days of delivery with photos or video are inspected and remade or credited.
