Earth tones are showing up more in club and fashion-led football apparel, and Desert Wave was drawn with warm-climate teams and lifestyle brands in mind. Flowing bands of tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown move across the jersey like wind-shaped sand dunes, finished with a brown V-neck and brown sleeve cuffs.
The shorts are chocolate brown with tan side panels, and the socks combine a brown foot and leg with tan wave bands near the top. It is an unusual colour story for football, which makes it a strong option for a brand that wants a kit nobody else in the league is wearing. It also works as a third kit for clubs whose home and away colours clash with opponents.
For hot conditions, the 140–160 GSM lightweight Super-Knit jersey is the natural pick; the standard approx. 220 GSM version suits cooler seasons. Both are 100% polyester, breathable and moisture wicking. Shorts are approx. 160 GSM polyester interlock with a drawcord, and socks are polyester/nylon/spandex with a cushioned sole.
Private-label buyers can sublimate their own logo and remove all Blackthorn marks. Woven neck labels, care labels and swing tags are possible from 500 pcs and are produced with bulk orders only. Colours can shift from desert tones to olive, sand or any palette that fits your range.
Indicative FOB per set is $18.00–$21.00 for 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 for 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 for 500+. Our own factory works under ISO 9001:2015 quality control; a free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, then bulk 2–3 weeks after approval.

Choose the 140–160 GSM lightweight polyester Super-Knit for the jersey. It is thinner and more breathable than the standard approx. 220 GSM, wicks sweat quickly and dries fast, which helps teams training in high temperatures.
Yes. We produce Desert Wave and other designs under your brand with your logo sublimated and our marks removed. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs minimum and are made with bulk orders, not trial orders.
The minimum is 50 sets per design, each set being a jersey, shorts and socks. Sizes can be mixed freely from youth 4–14 yrs to adult 4XL, so a brand can test several sizes in its first production run.
Prices are indicative FOB USD per set, by tier: $18.00–$21.00 at 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 at 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 at 500+. Freight to Australia by air courier or sea is quoted separately or added on request.
