Collared football shirts belong to a different era of the game, and Emerald Heritage brings that era back for clubs, supporters' groups and retro-inspired brands. The bottle-green body has a polo collar tipped in cream and gold, a short V-shaped neck opening, and a single cream chest hoop edged above and below with gold pinstripes.
Cream stripes trimmed in gold run from the collar over each shoulder and down the sleeves, finishing at gold-edged cuffs. Look closely and a tonal geometric pattern shows in the green, a quiet detail that gives the shirt depth in photographs and close up. Together, the details give the shirt the feel of a classic club shirt from decades past.
Despite its vintage look, the shirt is 100% polyester Super-Knit at approx. 220 GSM, moisture wicking and breathable, with a 140–160 GSM option. The hoop, pinstripes and tonal pattern are all sublimated rather than sewn in as separate panels, so the shirt stays light. It also washes easily and dries faster than the cotton shirts it recalls.
Clubs use it for centenary or anniversary seasons, supporters' clubs order it as replica-style merchandise, and walking-football and veterans' teams like the relaxed polo look. Retailers can stock it as a private-label heritage line, with neck labels and swing tags available from 500 pcs on bulk orders.
Indicative FOB per jersey is $9.50–$11.50 for 50–99, $8.00–$9.50 for 100–499 and $7.00–$8.00 for 500+. Sizes run adult XS–4XL and youth 4–14 yrs, mixed in the 50-piece minimum. Samples take 15–20 working days in our own ISO 9001:2015 controlled factory; bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval.

Blackthorn World makes collared retro shirts such as Emerald Heritage in its own factory. Collar tipping, hoop position, pinstripe colour and crest placement can all be adapted to match a club's history, shown first on a free 3D mock-up.
Yes, from 50 pieces per design with sizes mixed. Many supporters' groups use this design as merchandise. We print your own crest and artwork only, so please avoid sending another club's or brand's trademarks for reproduction.
The jersey is shown with a polo collar, but the same artwork can be produced with a V-neck, as in our Emerald Heritage full kit. Tell us your preference at quote stage and we will update the 3D mock-up for you.
We take a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed and the balance when goods are ready to ship. Defects reported within 14 days of delivery with photos or video are inspected and then remade or credited.
