Older clubs often want a kit that looks like it belongs in their honours-board photos. Emerald Heritage answers that with a bottle-green body, a broad cream band across the chest and fine gold pinstripes along both edges of the hoop. A subtle diagonal texture is printed into the green so it does not look flat under lights.
Cream panels run over the shoulders into the sleeves, framed by gold piping, and the V-neck uses a cream insert with a gold edge. Sleeve hems finish with a gold stripe. The look borrows from classic woven sports shirts, but the garment itself is a modern sublimated performance shirt. Hoops have a long history in racket and team sports, so the shirt feels familiar to older members while still suiting junior players.
That means a 100% polyester bird-eye interlock of approx. 140–150 GSM, quick-dry and anti-pilling, instead of the heavy cotton of older kits. Players get a light shirt that breathes through long doubles sessions, and kit managers get colours that survive weekly washing without fading or shrinking.
We can print a founding year under the crest, a club motto inside the back neck, or an anniversary mark on the sleeve. Names and numbers are sublimated in the same pass. For heritage retail lines, private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are produced with bulk orders of 500 pieces and up.
All work is done in our own factory, ISO 9001:2015 controlled, from sublimation to final stitching. The free 3D mock-up comes first; a paid sample follows in 15–20 working days and its cost is deducted from bulk. Bulk leaves 2–3 weeks after you approve the sample. Repeat orders reuse your approved artwork, so new members can be kitted out in the same shirt years later.

Yes. Emerald Heritage is a good base for anniversary kits. We can add a founding date, anniversary badge, club motto or special neck print, and recolour the green, cream and gold to match your original club colours. A free 3D mock-up shows the result first.
No. It looks traditional but is made from 100% polyester bird-eye interlock, approx. 140–150 GSM, which wicks sweat and dries quickly. Cotton holds moisture and gets heavy during play, which is why we use performance polyester for match shirts.
Yes. We work with private-label brands on table tennis and racket sports ranges. Custom neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500-piece MOQ and are produced with bulk orders only. Trial orders of 50 pieces ship with standard labelling.
Report any defect within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and then remake the affected pieces or issue a credit note against your next order. Every order also passes ISO 9001:2015 quality checks before packing.
