Some clubs want a kit that looks like it belongs in an old team photograph. Emerald Heritage does that with a bottle-green jersey crossed by a single cream chest hoop, each edge finished with a fine gold pinstripe. The V-neck and sleeve cuffs are trimmed in cream and gold, and a subtle tonal pattern runs through the green body.
Green shorts carry a cream-and-gold side stripe, and the green socks have cream and gold hoops at the turnover, a detail borrowed from traditional club socks. For anniversary seasons or heritage-themed away kits, the set gives a recognisable old-school look while being made in modern performance fabric. Many clubs order a small run for former players and supporters alongside the playing squad.
Under the retro styling is 100% polyester Super-Knit at approx. 220 GSM that wicks sweat and breathes, or a lighter 140–160 GSM version. The shorts use approx. 160 GSM polyester interlock with a drawcord, and the socks are a polyester/nylon/spandex knit with a cushioned sole, jacquard-knit for a classic finish or sublimated.
Crest, sponsor and numbers are sublimated, or, if you prefer, a separate embroidered badge can be added from our in-house embroidery section. Change green for maroon or navy, or move the hoop lower; the 3D mock-up shows each version free of charge. Collar trims and sock hoops can be recoloured independently of the body.
Indicative FOB per set is $18.00–$21.00 for 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 for 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 for 500+, with adult and youth sizes mixed in the 50-set minimum. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against bulk, which follows 2–3 weeks after approval under ISO 9001:2015 quality control.

Blackthorn World makes retro-style kits like Emerald Heritage in its own factory. We can adapt hoops, pinstripes, collar trims and badge placement to recreate a club's past look, starting with a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample before bulk.
Yes. The crest can be sublimated flat as part of the print, or we can embroider a badge in-house and stitch it on the chest. Embroidery adds a little to the unit price, and the exact cost is confirmed on your quote.
The minimum is 50 sets per design, each with jersey, shorts and socks. Sizes from youth 4–14 yrs up to adult 4XL can be combined in that quantity, so a club can cover juniors, seniors and a small batch for supporters.
Yes, we export to both. Orders travel by DHL, UPS or FedEx air for speed, or by sea freight for larger distributor shipments. Prices are FOB USD, and we can include freight in the quote on request.
