Teamwear brands looking for a bold black kit for their catalogue can take Electric Pulse as a ready base. The charcoal-black jersey has a neon lime vertical stripe running down the left chest, thin lime and grey lightning lines across the body, a lime V-neck and lime sleeve cuffs on raglan sleeves. The stripe sits off-centre, which leaves the right chest free for a crest or brand mark.
Black shorts carry lime and grey streaks on the side panels, and black socks have a lime band and lime marks on the calf. Dark bases hide grass and mud stains well, which is why many five-a-side and evening leagues prefer them for training and match use. It also suits indoor arenas, where the neon trims stand out under artificial light.
As an OEM supplier we remove our marks and print your brand instead. Woven neck labels, printed care labels and swing tags can be added from 500 pcs on bulk orders, giving distributors a retail-ready product. Lime can be switched for orange, yellow or any accent in your range.
The jersey is 100% polyester Super-Knit at approx. 220 GSM, or 140–160 GSM for warm-weather markets, and it wicks and breathes well under floodlights. Shorts are approx. 160 GSM polyester interlock with a drawcord; socks are polyester/nylon/spandex with a cushioned sole. Lighter fabric is popular with clubs in Australia and the warmer parts of the USA.
Our own factory handles sublimation, cutting, stitching and embroidery in-house under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. FOB per set is indicative at $18.00–$21.00 for 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 for 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 for 500+. Samples take 15–20 working days; bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval.

Yes. We supply it as an OEM product with your logo in place of ours. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs minimum and are made with bulk orders only, not with trial orders.

After you approve the free 3D mock-up, a paid sample is ready in 15–20 working days and its cost is credited against the first bulk order. Bulk production then takes 2–3 weeks from sample approval.
Blackthorn World ships bulk football kits to Australia and New Zealand from its own factory. Orders start at 50 sets per design with sizes mixed, indicative FOB pricing falls to $14.00–$15.50 per set at 500+, and freight is quoted separately.
