Colours Sky blue, white and navy as shown — or any colours in your design
Sky blue is one of the most requested club colours in football, and Glacier Grid treats it with geometric blocks rather than plain stripes. Rectangles of sky blue, white and navy stack across the jersey, each with a frosted, icy texture, framed by a navy V-neck with white trim and navy sleeve cuffs. The pattern looks slightly different from every angle, so the squad has plenty of visual movement in photos.
The navy shorts have sky-blue side panels, and the navy socks finish with sky-blue and white bands at the top. Shorts are approx. 160 GSM polyester interlock with a drawcord; socks are a polyester/nylon/spandex knit with a cushioned sole, jacquard-knit or sublimated.
The jersey is 100% polyester Super-Knit at approx. 220 GSM for durability in cold, wet winters, or 140–160 GSM where summers are hot. Both weights wick moisture and dry quickly, which matters for teams that train twice a week and play at weekends. The drawcord waist on the shorts suits both junior and adult players.
For school sports departments and county associations buying in bulk, the block layout leaves clean space on the chest for a crest and a sponsor. Indicative FOB prices per set are $18.00–$21.00 at 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 at 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 at 500+, with sizes mixed across the 50-set minimum. Each school house or year group can have its own name printed.
We make every set in our own factory with in-house sublimation, cutting and stitching and ISO 9001:2015 quality control. You see a free 3D mock-up first; the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and its cost is credited to the first bulk order, which ships 2–3 weeks after approval.
Distributors in the UK, Sweden, Norway and Canada receive Glacier Grid kits by DHL, UPS, FedEx or sea freight. For a quote, send your crest and size list to sales@blackthorn-textile.com or WhatsApp +92 332 832 8802. Mixed age-group orders are welcome.

Blackthorn World supplies Glacier Grid and other sky-blue kits factory-direct from 50 sets per design. Larger bulk orders of 500+ sets drop to an indicative $14.00–$15.50 FOB per set, and sea freight is available for big shipments.
The standard approx. 220 GSM Super-Knit is the better choice for cold, wet seasons because it is more durable and opaque. The 140–160 GSM option suits hot climates, summer tournaments and indoor play where breathability matters most.
