Glacier Grid uses a cool, high-contrast palette. A pale ice-blue front with a frosted texture is crossed by fine white lines, while a navy block wraps the right side and sleeve and a navy edge outlines the left side seam. A navy crew neck ties it together, and the light front makes printed logos stand out. The texture looks like frost on ice and hides light marks from mat contact.
Our 88% polyester / 12% spandex interlock, approx. 220 GSM, stretches four ways, so the shirt suits wrestling, grappling and cross-training as well as BJJ. Flatlock seams avoid pressure points and the silicone gripper hem prevents ride-up. It also works as a light base layer under a gi in cold gyms.

Everything is made in our own factory, from sublimation to stitching, under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. Paid samples take 15–20 working days, with the cost credited against bulk; bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval. Defects reported with photos or video within 14 days are remade or credited. Quantities and size breakdowns are checked against your purchase order before cartons are sealed.

Yes. Each club version is a separate design that needs 50 pieces, but all versions can be produced and shipped together. For example, ten clubs at 50 pieces each make a 500-piece order. We send a free 3D mock-up for every club before sampling.
At approx. 220 GSM, the polyester-spandex interlock adds a light layer under a gi or hoodie while still wicking sweat. It is not a thermal garment, but many cold-climate clubs wear it for warm-ups, outdoor conditioning and early-morning sessions.
We take a 50% deposit to start production and the remaining 50% when the order is ready to ship. Shipping is by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, or by sea freight for distributor consignments to Canada, the Nordics, the UK and other markets.
