Jiu-jitsu has a strong following across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and earthy desert tones are a popular request from academies there. Desert Wave answers that brief with layered dunes in tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown, traced with thin contour lines, plus dark brown side panels, collar and cuffs. The tones work equally well for desert-themed brands elsewhere.
Tournament organisers also use this design for event rash guards handed to competitors or sold at the venue. The event name, date, host city and sponsor logos can be built into the wave pattern, and divisions can be marked with sleeve text, all in one sublimation pass. Shirts can be packed individually by size, which makes check-in and distribution on event day easier.
The fabric is 88% polyester / 12% spandex interlock, approx. 220 GSM, with 4-way stretch for unrestricted movement. Flatlock seams and a silicone gripper hem reduce chafing and keep the shirt in place. It dries quickly, which matters in hot training halls. The brown side panels also hide sweat marks better than light colours.
Indicative FOB USD prices: $13.50–$15.50 for 50–99 pieces, $11.50–$13.50 for 100–499 and $10.00–$11.50 for 500+. Payment is a 50% deposit with the balance due when the order is ready to ship. Sizes, including youth and women's cut, can be mixed inside the 50-piece MOQ.
Production stays in our own factory, where sublimation, cutting and stitching are in-house and every batch passes ISO 9001:2015 quality control. Allow 15–20 working days for a paid sample (credited against bulk) and 2–3 weeks for bulk after approval. Share tournament dates early so the schedule can be confirmed at quote.

Yes. We print event names, dates, divisions and sponsor logos directly into the Desert Wave design or your own artwork. Share your event date when you request a quote, because the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval.
Yes. We ship factory-direct by DHL, UPS or FedEx to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other Saudi cities, and across the wider Gulf. Distributors can choose sea freight for larger volumes. Prices are quoted FOB, so freight is quoted separately.
Yes. Approx. 220 GSM is a mid-weight for rash guards, durable enough for grip fighting yet quick-drying and breathable. The polyester-spandex interlock moves sweat away from the skin, and sublimated colour adds no heavy print layer that traps heat.
The MOQ is 50 pieces per design, and youth sizes can be combined with adult and women's cut sizes in the same order. Kids' programmes often take 50 Desert Wave shirts across several youth sizes at the 50–99 tier of $13.50–$15.50 each.
