Colours Purple, lilac and black as shown — or any colours in your design
Purple is the belt most BJJ players wear the longest, and many academies use this design for purple-belt ranked rash guards or a dedicated competition team shirt. Faceted shards in violet, lilac and deep black break across the chest and sleeves, with solid black side panels slimming the silhouette under the arms. The crew neck and cuffs are finished in black, so the purple stays the focus.
Instead of a ranked set, some gyms order the same layout in their own colours. Sublimation lets us swap the palette, scale the shards, and place crests, names, flags and sponsor marks on the chest, back, sleeves or cuffs at no extra print cost. A free 3D mock-up shows the result before you commit to a sample.
The shirt is cut from 88% polyester / 12% spandex interlock of approx. 220 GSM. Four-way stretch means it does not restrict overhead movement or bridging, while flatlock seams and a silicone gripper hem stop chafing and ride-up during long sessions. It dries quickly and does not hold sweat the way cotton does.
Our own factory handles printing, cutting, stitching and final ISO 9001:2015 inspection. A paid sample is ready in 15–20 working days and is credited against bulk. Bulk production follows 2–3 weeks after you approve the sample; very large orders are scheduled at quote stage. Each piece is checked for print alignment, seam strength and size labelling before packing.
Indicative FOB USD prices are $13.50–$15.50 for 50–99 pieces, $11.50–$13.50 for 100–499 pieces and $10.00–$11.50 for 500 pieces or more. Payment is a 50% deposit, with the balance due when the order is ready to ship. Larger quantities lower the unit price for growing teams.

Yes. Each colourway counts as a separate design, so each needs 50 pieces. Many academies order the Violet Fracture layout in purple first, then add white, blue, brown and black versions as their numbers grow. Sizes can be mixed within each 50-piece run.
A polyester-spandex interlock is the usual choice. Ours is 88% polyester and 12% spandex at approx. 220 GSM, with 4-way stretch, flatlock seams and a silicone gripper hem. It wicks sweat, dries fast and holds sublimated colour without cracking.
Names, numbers and logos are printed in the same sublimation step as the design, so placement on the chest, back or sleeves does not add a separate print charge. Prices follow the quantity tiers, from $13.50–$15.50 at 50–99 pieces down to $10.00–$11.50 at 500+.
