Grappling clubs near the coast often want kit that feels calmer than the usual fightwear graphics, and Ocean Contour was drawn with that in mind. Fine sky-blue and white lines flow across a navy base like a depth chart, while bold sky-blue and white panels run down each side and along the raglan seams to the cuffs.
Underneath the print is 88% polyester / 12% spandex interlock at approx. 220 GSM. It stretches in four directions, dries quickly between rounds and keeps a compression hold on the arms and torso. Flatlock stitching avoids raised seam ridges, and the silicone gripper hem keeps the shirt tucked during inversions and leg-lock entries.
Picture a no-gi school in Sydney ordering 60 shirts for its adult and kids' classes, with the club name on the chest, a sponsor on the sleeve and each student's name across the upper back. That is a normal order for us: one design, mixed sizes and women's cut pieces, with all personalisation handled at the sublimation stage.
Colours, line density and panel placement can all be changed. We send a free 3D mock-up before sampling so you can check logo size and position. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are possible on bulk orders with a 500 pcs MOQ, which suits brands building their own range rather than trial orders.
Production runs in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality checks. Allow 15–20 working days for a paid sample, credited against your first bulk order, then 2–3 weeks for bulk after sign-off. Yes. The 50-piece MOQ applies per design, not per size, so youth, adult and women's cut sizes can all sit in one order. Many clubs use this to kit out junior and adult classes in the same Ocean Contour design at the same tier price.
It is cut to sit close to the skin so it cannot be grabbed or snagged during no-gi rolling. The 4-way stretch interlock moves with the body without restricting the shoulders. If your members prefer a looser feel, order one size up or ask for a sample first.
Yes. Printed or woven neck labels, care labels and swing tags can be added to bulk orders. These items carry a 500 pcs MOQ and are not available on trial orders. Your logo can be sublimated on the body at any quantity from 50 pieces.
Bulk orders are ready 2–3 weeks after sample approval and then travel by DHL, UPS or FedEx express to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland and other markets. Sea freight is slower but cheaper for distributor volumes. Transit options are confirmed with your quote.
