Fightwear brands looking for something away from neon and shards can start from Emerald Heritage. The design borrows from old rugby and football club jerseys: a cream hoop across the chest framed by thin gold pinstripes, matching cream stripes running down each raglan sleeve, and a bottle green body with a faint worn texture.
This is the design we suggest to brands building a private label line with a story behind it. Your logo can sit in the hoop, a founding year can go on the sleeve, and a woven neck label, care label and swing tag can be added on bulk runs (500 pcs MOQ for labels and tags, not available on trial orders).
The body fabric is 88% polyester / 12% spandex interlock, approx. 220 GSM, with 4-way stretch for full shoulder rotation. Flatlock seams keep the inside smooth, and the silicone gripper hem holds the shirt down under a gi top or shorts. The full design, texture included, is dye sublimated, so nothing sits on the surface to crack.
Every order starts with a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days. The sample cost comes off your first bulk invoice. After approval, bulk takes 2–3 weeks in our own factory, where sublimation, cutting, stitching and ISO 9001:2015 inspection all happen under one roof.
Indicative FOB USD pricing is $13.50–$15.50 per piece for 50–99, $11.50–$13.50 for 100–499 and $10.00–$11.50 for 500 or more. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% when ready to ship. Any defect reported with photos or video within 14 days of delivery is inspected and remade or credited.

Yes. You can order 50 Emerald Heritage rash guards with your logo sublimated on the chest and sleeves. Custom neck labels, care labels and swing tags need 500 pieces and are made only with bulk orders, so many new brands add them on their second run.
It is printed. The worn texture, cream hoop and gold pinstripes are all dye sublimated onto the same polyester-spandex interlock, so the whole shirt has one even stretch and feel. There are no heat-applied panels that could stiffen, crack or peel over time.
We send a free 3D mock-up showing your logo, colours and placements. Once you are happy, a paid sample is made in 15–20 working days and shipped to you. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order after approval.
Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and either remake the affected pieces or issue a credit note. Every order passes ISO 9001:2015 quality control checks before it leaves our factory.
