Bands of tan, burnt orange and chocolate brown ripple across this jersey like sand dunes, outlined by thin orange lines. Brown raglan sleeves and a brown collar frame the design, with a white placket insert at the neck. The Blackthorn mark on the chest sits inside a brown oval, which is where your own logo goes. The waves flow diagonally from the left shoulder down toward the right hip.
For private-label buyers, we swap our marks for yours across chest and hem. Orders of 500 pieces or more can carry your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags. Indicative FOB pricing is $15.50–$18.00 for 50–99 pieces, $13.50–$15.50 for 100–499 and $12.00–$13.50 for 500+.
The jersey is cut from a 100% polyester rugby knit of about 260–280 GSM, with reinforced twin-needle seams and a woven-look collar. It moves moisture away from the skin and dries quickly, which suits hot-climate rugby. The raglan sleeve shape gives players room to pass and tackle without the shoulder seam pulling.
Names, numbers, sponsors and team crests are sublimated in. You can also choose an embroidered chest crest. The earthy palette is unusual in rugby, so a team in this jersey stands out, and the colours can be shifted if you need a different tone. It pairs well in a catalogue with a darker, more traditional jersey.
We make everything in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, with its cost credited to bulk. Bulk production follows within 2–3 weeks of your sample sign-off. Your brand mark is placed exactly where you specify on the mock-up.

Blackthorn World makes private-label rugby jerseys such as Desert Wave in our own factory. Your logo replaces ours on the garment, and private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are available on orders of 500 pieces or more.

Yes. After you approve a free 3D mock-up, we make a paid sample in 15–20 working days. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order, and bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after sample approval.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photos or video of the issue. We inspect it and then remake the pieces or issue a credit note. Terms: 50% deposit to begin, 50% once the order is ready to ship.
