College and school hockey programmes often run in deep heritage colours, and Penalty Box Maroon fits that tradition. The upper body is maroon, the lower sides and wheel housing are black, and a wide maroon front pocket sits inside a black frame. A padded maroon shoulder strap, black carry handles and a black side grab handle complete the look.
The body is 1680D ballistic polyester over a high-density PE base board. Inline wheels sit at the rear, and the bag rolls on a protected base. Vented end panels allow airflow, and heavy-duty zips run the main and front compartments. The deep front pocket takes skates in skate guards. Capacity is approx. 100–110 L.
A school hockey programme in the USA might order 60 bags in maroon for varsity and junior varsity, with the school crest embroidered on the front pocket and players' numbers on the side. Pro shops in Canada take the same bag in their own label for retail. Matching bags help the team look organised when arriving at away rinks.

Cutting, stitching and assembly all happen in our own factory, with ISO 9001:2015 inspection of wheels, base board and seam strength before packing. The free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against bulk, and bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a fabric swatch and we dye-match the 1680D polyester and webbing as closely as possible. The colour is confirmed on the paid sample, so the programme sees the real shade before bulk production starts.
Yes. The deep front pocket takes a pair of senior skates with skate guards on, keeping blades away from soft gear in the main compartment. If you prefer, we can add a separate vented skate pocket at the end.
After you approve the free 3D mock-up, the paid sample takes 15–20 working days. Bulk production follows in 2–3 weeks after sample approval, and courier delivery to the USA or Canada usually adds 4–7 days.
Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and either remake the affected bags or issue a credit note against your next order.
