Large festivals run on colour codes. Security might be yellow, stewards orange, and production or welfare crews something else entirely, so workers and the public know who to ask. This red vest with black pockets gives organisers a strong extra colour that stands apart from standard hi-vis while still carrying generous reflective tape. It also helps crews find each other quickly when radios are busy.
The body is breathable red polyester mesh and the pockets are black 600D Oxford polyester with red binding. Reflective tape runs over both shoulders, across the chest and around the hem for visibility in car parks and backstage roads after dark. As red is not a fluorescent background colour, a yellow or orange version can be developed to EN ISO 20471 with third-party testing on request where certified hi-vis is required.
Crews carry radios, phones, gaffer tape and wristband scanners, so the layout includes stacked chest pockets, a long radio pouch, a pen slot, shoulder D-rings with clip docks and a chest camera dock. The hook-and-loop patch can read CREW, PRODUCTION, WELFARE or SECURITY, letting one stock serve several departments.

Red is not a recognised fluorescent background colour under EN ISO 20471. The reflective tape adds night visibility, and we can make a yellow or orange version developed to the standard with third-party testing on request.
